Murray Norton
CHIEF EXECUTIVE
Murray brings a significant combination of business, media, and political experience to the role of Chief Executive. He was a retail and restaurant owner, BBC presenter for 22 years, TV presenter in the USA and Europe for 10 years, and served as Assistant Minister in the Government of Jersey.
As Deputy for St Brelade and Assistant Minister for Economic Development, Tourism, Sport, and Culture (2014-2018), he oversaw Trading Standards, Consumer Affairs, the Channel Island Lottery, and was on the Housing and Work Advisory Group and Privileges and Procedures Committee.
Murray's background provides unique insights to effectively represent Members’ interests, promote trade, influence legislation, and increase prosperity for the Island. He has also raised millions for local charities over 40 years and hosts major events in Jersey, including the Jersey Air Display, Liberation Day and Royal Visits.
Florinela Serban
BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST
With a strong background in e-commerce operations, customer experience, and productivity, Florinela has honed her ability to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
She has a talent for identifying challenges and finding practical solutions through technology.
Her passion lies in optimizing business operations and creating better customer experiences, all while empowering individuals to work smarter.

Daisy is our office wizard and event maestro.
With a solid background in administration, she’s got the knack for making things run like clockwork. Whether it’s coordinating Chamber events or keeping the office humming smoothly, Daisy's on it managing complex schedules, and fostering seamless communication.
She is committed to delivering exceptional support to executives and building strong relationships with external stakeholders.

Eliot Lincoln
INTERIM PRESIDENT
Eliot was the winner of the 2012 Jersey IoD Director of the Year for a Medium Sized Business and the 2012 UK National Young Director of the Year. Eliot was Vice-President and President of Jersey's Chamber of Commerce between 2015 and 2019, chairing the Chamber Digital Committee during this period and subsequently during 2023 to 2025.
During his career Eliot has developed strong principal consultancy skills, helping his businesses and his clients achieve the best from their technology and people and helping them navigate through complex change.
Eliot is a director of Helier Consulting, providing director services and change management consultancy to clients in the Channel Islands and Europe.
Eliot holds various non-executive director and local committee positions and is an avid marathon runner.
Darren Scott
VICE PRESIDENT
Darren currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of The Ferryspeed Group, freight specialists between the Channel Islands and the UK, providing supply chain resilience for Jersey and Guernsey.
He has been a senior leader across both the public and private sectors in Jersey and has significant experience of many areas of the island’s economy, from transport and infrastructure to tourism and economic development, alongside a deep understanding of how government and scrutiny works on the island.
His previous roles include Chief of Staff at Ports of Jersey, responsible for overseeing the relationship with government, leading and developing key strategies and supporting in the effective running of the organisation.
Before that he was Director of Partnerships at the Government of Jersey, where he was responsible for its relationship with the seven States-owned entities (JT, Andium Homes, Jersey Post, Jersey Development Company, Jersey Post, Jersey Water and Ports of Jersey), and Director of Economic Development, Tourism, Sport and Culture, supporting economic growth, prosperity and cultural development in Jersey through strategic planning and policy development.
He has also held responsibilities as a Government and Scrutiny Officer, giving him a strong understanding of Jersey’s political landscape and policy-making processes.
In his role as vice-president, Darren will support Chamber Interim President Eliot Lincoln and work closely with the Executive and committees to represent the interests of the island’s business community, using his blend of commercial insight and political experience.
