Situated on the second floor of Chamber House, our private corporate boardroom offers stunning views overlooking the Royal Square. This elegant space accommodates up to 10 individuals, making it an ideal venue for board meetings, presentations, private interviews, or team away days.
The boardroom is equipped with a comprehensive technology suite, including Wi-Fi connectivity, a Logitech conferencing system for Microsoft Teams, and a flat-screen display for presentations and virtual meetings.
For your convenience, we offer a selection of tea and coffee services, with additional catering options available upon request. Conveniently located in the town centre at Royal Square, parking is available at the nearby Pier Road multi-storey car park, just a 5-minute walk away.
The boardroom is available for hire Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, on either a half-day or full-day basis.
