Ocorian appoints Francel Fullard as Head of Private Clients, Hong Kong

Ocorian has appointed Francel Fullard as Head of Private Clients, Hong Kong, strengthening its private wealth leadership in Asia.

In her role, Francel leads Ocorian’s Private Client team in Hong Kong, working closely with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and families on the establishment and ongoing administration of complex trust and fiduciary structures.

Francel has more than ten years’ experience across the legal and fiduciary services sector, guiding clients on a wide range of trust, estate and succession planning matters, including family governance, executorships and the administration of sophisticated holding and investment structures.

A STEP affiliated professional, Francel holds BCom, LLB and LLM qualifications from Stellenbosch University in South Africa.
