Leading Trusts and Private Wealth Forums Return for 2025
Mourant, has confirmed that its highly regarded Trusts and Private Wealth Forums will once again take place in Jersey and Guernsey this July.
Widely recognised as the leading events of their kind in the Channel Islands, the Forums consistently deliver the latest insights on key topics and trends in the trusts and private wealth sector.
The title theme of the 2025 Forums is 'Shifting Horizons: Embracing Change and Finding New Opportunities,' with the programme specifically tailored to support private wealth industry professionals, family office representatives, and legal advisors in staying ahead of the curve in an increasingly complex and fast-evolving sector.
The programme will feature topical panel discussions on issues including private client trends in Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, and the US, shaped by global and political instability; reputation management strategies for high-net-worth families and family offices; traditional and emerging asset classes for high-net-worth families; tax and succession planning; and how to build resilient trust structures.
The2025 keynote address will be delivered by Tom Grogan, CEO of the global technology consultancy firm MDRx–part of The MDR Group which includes international law firm Mishcon de Reya LLP.
Tom will share compelling insights into the opportunities and threats posed by artificial intelligence, as well as its transformative impact on private wealth management, legal practices, and client engagement.
The Jersey Trusts and Private Wealth Forumwill take place on Tuesday 1 July at the Radisson Blu Hotel, with the Guernsey Trusts and Private Wealth Forum following on Thursday 3 July, hosted at St Pierre Park Hotel.Tickets for the full-day events are priced at £180pp.
