The Better Business Support Package (BBSP) is designed to help businesses in Jersey enhance productivity, invest in employee training, and develop new opportunities in the visitor economy sector. The Government of Jersey are funding the packages to assist employers during the transition to a living wage.

What is it? The Better Business Support Package (BBSP) is a government funded initiative to help Jersey businesses enhance productivity through matched grant funding for projects and staff training. With up to £5.3 million available for skills, productivity, visitor economy development, and apprenticeship grants, businesses can invest in their people and processes. Three types of grants are available, each up to £75K for 2025 and 2026.
