Independent private client, corporate, funds and pension services provider, Fairway, has appointed Nathan Petty as Client Director in the Private Client team.

With over 30 years’ experience in the financial services sector, Nathan has held senior positions at leading firms including Dominion, PraxisIFM, and Valla Limited. A recognised leader in the customised fiduciary services space, he brings deep expertise in private equity, institutional investment structuring, and complex private wealth solutions. In his new role, Nathan will focus on strengthening existing relationships with clients and intermediaries, while identifying new opportunities for growth and collaboration.

“Nathan’s appointment reflects our continued commitment to service excellence and growth,” said Fairway Group’s Managing Director of Private Client, Mark Andrews. “His relationship driven focus and technical expertise will be instrumental as we continue to evolve our offering and meet the complex needs of our clients across jurisdictions.”

Nathan’s ability to build valuable relationships has shaped his approach to tailoring offshore structures for high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families, always grounded in trust and a commitment to exceptional client service.

“I’m delighted to be joining Fairway,” said Nathan. “The firm’s independence and focus on client-centric values align perfectly with my own, and I look forward to helping expand our reach and impact in the private wealth sector. Throughout my career in fiduciary services, trust has been the cornerstone of everything I do. I understand the immense responsibility that comes with handling clients’ future wealth, nurturing it for succession and long-term financial stability.”

Nathan holds a STEP Diploma and has served for over 20 years as a board member of Muscular Dystrophy, a local charity.
