The Environment, Housing and Infrastructure Scrutiny Panel has published its report on the Government Plan 2022–2025 Review. Each Scrutiny Panel will be publishing a report on aspects of the Government Plan which fall within its remit ahead of the States Assembly debate on Tuesday 14 December 2021.
The Environment, Housing and Infrastructure Panel’s report has focused on assessing Government funding requests for various additional revenue programmes and capital projects including:

- Fisheries support and Marine Resource Management
- Climate Emergency Fund
- Jersey National Park
- Sewage Treatment Works
- Recycling
- Brexit – impact on importing animals and plants
- Bus contract
- Vehicle management
- Government property portfolio
- Food licencing schemes
