Event sponsorship gives businesses large and small, from any sector, an opportunity be a part of our high profile and well-attended events.

Chamber Lunches

When: Monthly throughout the year.
Open to: Members and non-members.
Timings: Start approximately 12.15pm for 2 hours.
Capacity: 200-250 guests.

The monthly Chamber Lunch Series attracts a wide local audience and are often a sell out. Speakers include local politicians, influential leaders from industry and international business people from a variety of sectors.

Lunches take place in one of the main hotels with banquet facilities, such as The Royal Yacht and The Radisson Hotel on the Waterfront. These locations have the facility to host 200-250 guests. The convenient and central location enables attendees to enjoy lunch and networking before heading back to the office.


Event Sponsor

  • Company name and logo on all promotional material, publicity and invitations for the event,
  • Up to five invitation emails emailed to our database.
  • Banner advertisement placed at the top of the Chamber of Commerce website for the relevant month.
  • Logo and contact details included on a plain text, post-event ‘Thank you for attending’ email to attendees.
  • Sponsor logo included in the event summary in Contact Magazine in the relevant bi-monthly issue which can be supported by advertising as you wish.
  • Five free places at the event (normally retailing at £137.50) including two places at the top table which are otherwise not available to purchase.
  • The opportunity to propose a ‘Vote of Thanks’ on behalf of your company at the conclusion of the event.
  • The ability to propose a speaker.
  • On-table collateral and in-room branding, including logo on lunch menu and PowerPoint slides where appropriate.


Wine Sponsor

This is an opportunity to supply diners with a selection of wines for the table. An opportunity to feature the wine selection and company logo on the menu plus a mention in the vote of thanks.


Coffee Sponsor

Be our supplier of tea and coffee for Chamber lunches. Company logo in the menu and a mention in the vote of thanks.


Critical Briefings

When: Throughout the year on an ad hoc basis.
Open to: Members and non-members.
Timings: Half-day events.
Capacity: 150-200 Attendees.

The Chamber Critical Briefings are a series of topical business events focussing on key pertinent issues. Speakers, who are experts in their field, discuss relevant issues and invite feedback from the floor. The format allows for a deeper dissection into the issue/s under discussion.
