Chamber Lunches

When:	Monthly throughout the year - Except August
Open to:	Members and non-members
Timings:	Start approximately 12.15pm for 2 hours
Capacity:	200-250 guests

The monthly Chamber Lunch Series attracts a wide local audience and are often a sell out. Speakers include local politicians, influential leaders from industry and international business people from a variety of sectors.

Lunches take place in one of the main hotels with banquet facilities, such as The Royal Yacht, Pomme d'Or and The Radisson Hotel on the Waterfront. These locations have the facility to host 200-250 guests. The convenient and central location enables attendees to enjoy lunch and networking before heading back to the office.

Event Sponsor

• Company name and/or logo on all Eventbrite emails sent to the Chamber of Commerce database along with all promotional material, publicity and invitations for the event.
• One corporate table in a prominent position consisting of ten seats to the event plus one invite to the President's table.
• Banner advertisement placed at the top of the Chamber of Commerce event advertised on the website for the relevant month.  Advertisement includes the text, "Proud sponsors of the (relevant month) Chamber Lunch.
• Event promotion inclusive of sponsorship announcement on the Chamber social media channels.
• Logo and contact details included on a plain text, post-event ‘Thank you for attending’ email to attendees.
• Sponsor logo included in Chamber News section of Connect Magazine.
• Sponsorship announced in the Chamber weekly newsletter.
• The opportunity to propose a short 'sponsor speech’ on behalf of your company to the audience at the event.
• Receipt of professional photographs taken at the event for full use after the event.
• On-table collateral and in-room branding, including logo on lunch menu and on the AV screen throughout the event.

Wine Sponsor

This is an opportunity to supply diners with a selection of wines for the table. An opportunity to feature the wine selection and company logo on the menu plus a mention in the vote of thanks.

Coffee Sponsor

Be our supplier of tea and coffee for Chamber lunches. Company logo in the menu and a mention in the vote of thanks.

Critical Briefings

When:	Throughout the year on an ad hoc basis
Open to:	Members and non-members
Timings:	Half-day events
Capacity:	150-200 Attendees

The Chamber Critical Briefings are a series of topical business events focussing on key pertinent issues. Speakers, who are experts in their field, discuss relevant issues and invite feedback from the floor. The format allows for a deeper dissection into the issue/s under discussion.

We are also able to offer additional sponsorship opportunities for one-off events and advertising space.
