The Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) is warning potential investors and members of the public that Titanium is purporting to be a fund which is registered in Jersey by the JFSC as a Very Private Fund.
Through its enquiries, the JFSC has established that Titanium is not registered in Jersey, nor has it ever been registered in Jersey, yet appears to be offering people the opportunity to invest.
