Arthur Mainja Joins BDO Jersey’s Management Consulting Team as Principal Consultant

BDO Jersey is delighted to announce the appointment of Arthur Mainja as Principal Consultant in our Management Consulting team. Arthur brings over 20 years of industry expertise and a proven track record in business leadership and key stakeholder engagement, including working with boards and senior leadership teams on technology, digital transformation, current-state business systems reviews, sourcing assistance, real-time system implementation assessment, change management and technology risk matters.  

His vast experience includes working across a wide range of industries, including financial services, gaming, and public sectors, delivering engagements across multiple jurisdictions. Known for his strategic insight and stakeholder engagement, Arthur has a proven track record of collaborating with boards and senior leadership teams to address complex cyber security and technology risk challenges. 

 Throughout his career, Arthur has demonstrated a passion for innovation and excellence, building high-performing teams and crafting strategies to enhance operational efficiency and performance. His areas of expertise include IT governance, digital risk and strategy, business systems reviews, IT due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and the implementation of innovative technology solutions. 

Arthur is highly regarded within the industry for his contributions to advancing the field of information security governance. He is a co-founder and former chair of the Channel Islands Information Security Forum (CIISF) and has led initiatives to establish recognised teams in the Crown Dependencies specialising in information security and data analytics. 

Arthur’s professional qualifications include: 

• Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Information Security (FCIIS) 
• Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO) 
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) 
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) 
• Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (FCCA)
