People Performance Consulting is a locally owned Jersey business with over 18 years’ experience delivering high-quality management and leadership development. We are the largest Chartered Management Institute (CMI) centre in the Channel Islands , providing bespoke management qualifications, CMI apprenticeship programmes, and leadership development aligned to the British Standard quality assurance framework. We work with organisations across Jersey and Guernsey to develop managers from Level 3 and Level 5 through to Strategic Level 7 and Chartered Manager status, alongside bespoke executive and professional coaching to support confident, capable leadership at every level.
