Voisin Law Strengthens Strategic Position with the Appointment of Former IoD Chair Natasha Egré to Lead Client Development

Voisin Law, Jersey’s longest-established law firm, has announced the appointment of Natasha Egré as its new Head of Client Development, marking a significant commitment to the firm’s next phase of strategic growth and client engagement.

Miss Egré joins the firm with an established reputation across Jersey’s business community, notably as former Chair of the Institute of Directors (IoD), Jersey Branch, where she became a significant voice on governance, ethical leadership, and policy. During her tenure, she led the transformation of IoD Jersey into the fastest-growing international branch, strengthening links between industry, regulators, and government.

She brings extensive experience in strategic client leadership, business development, and marketing oversight, having previously held senior roles leading commercial strategy, client portfolios and brand positioning across both business consultancy and communications environments.

In her new role, she will work closely with the firm’s partners to advance three core areas:

  • Business Strategy – shaping the firm’s long-term commercial direction and ensuring it remains aligned with market developments and client needs
  • Client Development – strengthening relationships across Voisin’s diverse client base, from private individuals to financial institutions
  • Marketing Oversight – enhancing the firm’s market presence through clear, consistent, and impactful communication of its expertise

Voisin Law has a proud heritage and a strong reputation across both the local legal market and international financial services, particularly in private client, trusts, corporate and commercial law. Miss Egre’s appointment reflects the firm’s ambition to evolve its client offering while remaining grounded in its long-standing values of professionalism, discretion, and quality.

Natasha Egré, Head of Client Development, commented:
‘Voisin has an exceptional reputation built over generations, and what particularly drew me to the firm is its clarity of purpose - combining deep technical expertise with a genuinely client-centred approach. My role is not about changing that foundation, but about building on it: ensuring we are consistently aligned to what our clients need, how they experience the firm, and how we bring our expertise to market in a meaningful way.

Having spent much of my career working closely with boards, regulators, and complex organisations, I understand how critical trust and long-term relationships are. I’m looking forward to supporting the partners and the wider team in strengthening those relationships further, while helping the firm adapt to a rapidly changing legal and commercial landscape.’

Jeffrey Giovannoni, Principal Partner at Voisin Law, added:
‘Natasha brings a combination of strategic insight, credibility, and energy. She understands both the expectations of our clients and the broader commercial and regulatory environment in which they operate.

Importantly, she shares our belief that client development is not about short-term wins, but about building enduring relationships based on trust, clarity, and consistent delivery. Her appointment reflects our commitment to investing in the firm’s future while preserving the values that have underpinned Voisin for so long.’

Natasha will also continue to serve as a Board Member of the Jersey Police Authority, maintaining her contribution to public life and oversight in one of the island’s most important governance roles.
