Voisin Law Strengthens Corporate Team with Appointment of New Associate

Voisin Law has continued its strategic growth with the appointment of Gaanesh Seger as an Associate in the firm's Corporate, Commercial and Trust Department.

Mr Seger has relocated from New Zealand to join the firm, bringing significant experience advising clients on corporate, commercial and private wealth matters, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions, capital raising, M&A, business structuring and corporate governance. He is a New Zealand-qualified Barrister and Solicitor, admitted in 2018. 

Mr Seger’s practice spans a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, and he has advised founders, growth businesses, private investors and international clients on complex transactions and projects across multiple jurisdictions. Drawing on experience gained in both specialist corporate practices and general commercial law, he brings technical expertise combined with a practical understanding of clients' wider business and personal objectives. 

The appointment reflects Voisin Law's continued investment in its people and capabilities as the firm executes its growth strategy and responds to increasing demand from local and international clients.
