Skipton International, in collaboration with Andium Homes, will hold a dedicated Mortgage Open Day at its Mortgage Centre in St Helier on Thursday 23 April, offering practical advice and expert support for islanders who are thinking about their next move in the property market.

The drop-in event will run from 8.30am to 5pm at 15-17 Esplanade, St Helier, and is open to anyone looking to step onto the property ladder, move home, or better understand their borrowing options. No appointment necessary.

With demand for affordable home ownership options continuing to grow, the event is intended to provide clear, practical support in a face-to-face setting for people at different stages of the housing journey.

By bringing together Skipton International’s local mortgage team and representatives from Andium Homes, the Open Day is designed to give people a joined-up starting point as they explore their options. It will support attendees through key stages of the mortgage process, from understanding borrowing potential to submitting an application.
