Jersey Chamber of Commerce Appoints Torin Mitchell as Digital Advantage Committee Chair

The Jersey Chamber of Commerce has announced the appointment of Torin Mitchell as the new Chair of its Digital Advantage Committee.

Torin leads enterprise IT at JT (Jersey) Ltd, where he heads a large multi-disciplinary team spanning cloud, automation, service delivery, and enterprise applications across Jersey and international locations. He has a proven track record of driving modernization programmes covering AI, cloud infrastructure, business systems, and automation, working closely with business leaders to turn technology investments into measurable operational advantages.

The Digital Advantage Committee acts as the collective commercial voice of Jersey Chamber members on digital topics. It leverages the Chamber’s influence to identify and unblock technical and commercial barriers that hold member organisations back—including the cost of digital, access to specialist capabilities, connectivity, infrastructure, and regulatory or procurement friction. Its core mission is to represent members as users and buyers of technology so businesses across every sector can trade, compete, and grow digitally.

In his role as Chair, Torin is focused on helping Jersey businesses adopt digital capabilities with confidence and effectively representing their interests in relevant Government policy and legislation.

The Jersey Chamber of Commerce is delighted to welcome Torin to his new role.
