Further Growth for Voisin Law as Advocate Carol Doherty Joins Property Team

Voisin Law is pleased to announce the appointment of Advocate Carol Doherty as Senior Associate in its Property Department, marking another significant investment in the firm's growing property practice.

Advocate Doherty joins Voisin with more than two decades of legal experience in Jersey and an established reputation across the local property market. As a Jersey Advocate, Notary Public and experienced property lawyer, she brings extensive expertise in both residential and commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, property finance, lending transactions, share transfer and flying freehold structures.

Throughout her career, Advocate Doherty has held senior positions within leading Jersey law firms, advising clients ranging from private individuals and businesses to developers, lenders, and major banks.

In her role as Senior Associate for Voisin Law, she will advise clients on a broad range of residential and commercial property matters. She will work closely with clients to provide clear, responsive and commercially focused advice, helping them navigate transactions efficiently while maintaining the high standards of service for which Voisin is known. Her appointment also further enhances the firm's Notary services offering, with Advocate Doherty able to assist clients requiring notarisation and certification services.

The appointment strengthens Voisin's long-established Property Department. The team continues to expand under the leadership of Advocate Emily Paris-Hunter, whose recent appointment reflects the firm's strategic commitment to investing in specialist expertise and supporting Jersey's evolving property market.
