DFDS restores Levante lift ahead of schedule
DFDS has worked hard to ensure the passenger lift on board the Levante Jet is fully operational before the end of July, and the crew are now able to welcome everyone back on board the vessel servicing the Poole route.
Steve Garner, Head of Customer Experience at DFDS, said: “We sincerely regret the disruption caused while the lift on our Levante Jet vessel was out of service. The delay was due to the need for bespoke, specialist parts and we appreciate our customers patience during this time.
“Accessible travel is a core part of our commitment to inclusive service, and we understand how important reliable accessibility is to many of our passengers.
“We remain committed to supporting all our customers and ensuring their journeys are as smooth and inclusive as possible, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back on board.”
