The Government of Jersey would like to invite you to attend an industry presentation on our forthcoming Design and Technical Consultancy Framework.

The session will take place on 30 January, from 12:00 to 13:00, at the Hotel Pomme d’Or.

The purpose of this presentation is to:

• explain the objectives of the Design and Technical Consultancy Framework;
• outline how the framework will operate in practice; and
• provide clarity on what “good looks like” when preparing the documents required to respond to the Invitation to Tender (ITT).

This session is intended to support consultants in understanding the framework model, expectations around technical submissions, case studies, resources, and social value commitments, and to help ensure high-quality, compliant tender responses when the ITT is published.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification directly from the framework management team.
