Our qualified staff provide pre-placement medicals, sickness absence management, health surveillance, ill-health retirement assessments and specialist advice and consultancy. We provide occupational health services across all sectors, as well as specialist assessments and health surveillance in safety critical industries. We use the latest in digital diagnostic equipment to monitor employee health, including electrocardiograms to identify heart conditions, audiometry for hearing loss, spirometry for lung disease, and automated vision screening. Our accessible clinic is easily found in the heart of St Helier, and using our mobile equipment we can also carry out health checks and assessments in the workplace if required. Our state-of-the-art IT system manages the occupational health process from end-to-end, allowing businesses to access to a full occupational health service completely integrated with their HR function. Our system uniquely allows managers and HR departments to make online referrals, gain employee consent, monitor health surveillance programmes and to get the advice required as efficiently as possible.
