It was established and is led by Advocate James Corbett. The practice also provides bespoke legal services for professional intermediaries, HNWs and institutional clients. As a KC (King's Counsel), James also enjoys rights of audience before every court in England and Wales and 10 other jurisdictions in relation to all proceedings, ensuring an agile and seamless approach in multi-jurisdictional actions. James is also a Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and an accredited commercial Mediator, enabling him to resolve disputes between parties confidentially and effectively without recourse to litigation.
