As a member of the Management Consulting Services (MCS) team at BDO Jersey, the Assistant Manager will play a key role in delivering high-quality consulting projects and supporting the wider team. This includes supporting the sales process with proposal writing and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations. The Assistant Manager will develop and demonstrate core consulting skills, provide insights to clients, and contribute to the success of the broader team.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver client engagements under the guidance of a senior colleague.
- Conduct client interviews, workshops, and data analysis to support project deliverables.
- Develop initial drafts of reports, presentations, and recommendations.
- Ensure deliverables align with client expectations and project goals.
- Contribute to proposal development, including research, drafting sections, and preparing presentations.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand consulting engagements.
- Participate in internal initiatives, such as methodology development or knowledge-sharing activities.
- Support the creation of frameworks, templates, and tools to improve delivery efficiency.
- Meet individual revenue, profit, and contribution targets.
- Comply with the Group Data Protection policy.
- Support the Client Directors to ensure that all business relationships, for which you are booked to work on, comply with BDO Jersey financial crime policies & procedures.
