The use of Fractional Executives is on the rise in the UK and US as businesses latch onto the concept of hiring highly experienced resources without the expensive overhead. Fractional or Interim Marketing Executives work on a fixed rate and allocate a certain number of days per month to work with you and your senior team. They basically assume the responsibilities of a CMO or Marketing Director without the cost. I have 25 years Marketing experience, the last 15 of these working at Board level, for notable brands and across a range of sectors. I now spend my time working with businesses on a fractional basis, which ranges from a few days per month advisory to more defined, fixed term projects.
