The Cider Maker and his Wife make award winning, artisan cider and spirits from local cider apples and NOTHING else! We have planted many orchards over the years and continue to plant more. When not making cider and our very own Apple Brandy, "L'Esprit d'Jerri", we make French style sausages and source the freshest and best ingredients to cook and serve from our fleet of quirky food trailers. The Cider Shack is a versatile bar like no other; the Sausage Hut has served hundreds of thousands of our famously delicious "Saucisse Baguettes" to locals and visitors alike at various public and charity events; in 2018 we launched "The Boat" from which we serve sea food such as Jersey Oysters, local hand dived scallops and lobster and Moules Bouchot from the Bay of Mont St Michel, and last but not least, in 2019 we acquired "La Rotissoire" which allows us to wood fire roast delicious Label Anglais chickens, Jersey Angus Beef, Dingley Dell Pork and succulent local, English or Welsh lamb among other things. La Robeline Cuisine provides La Pâssemithe* Catering for private parties, charity and corporate events (*Jèrriais translation "unique"), hosts Pop Up restaurants and continues to attend many public events throughout the year.
