Re-issue: Scrutiny Government Plan Report

The report has been re-issued to amend Finding 15 which incorrectly stated that the States Assembly agreed funding for Jersey Overseas Aid at 1% of GVA (Gross Value Added). Please find the correction on page 13 of the report.
