Government Plan virtual public meetings

Nov 20, 2020

Government of Jersey are holding 5 virtual public meetings next week, to discuss the Government Plan 2021-24. The plan sets out Government’s strategic and financial plans for the coming years and will be debated by the States Assembly in December gov.je/GovernmentPlan

COVID restrictions on gatherings mean public meetings in person are not possible, so Ministers will be appearing live on YouTube and social media, every evening next week, from 7-8.30pm.

There is capacity for some audience members, so if people want to join the studio audience and ask questions, they should email [email protected] or call 440800. We will then randomly select audience members from the names submitted, to ensure that each Parish is represented at each virtual meeting.

If you aren’t there in person you can still ask questions:

In advance: You can submit questions in advance by sending an email, or a video of you asking your question, to [email protected] or by calling 440800.

Live: You can submit questions during the meetings by visiting sli.do and using the event code: #GovPlan2021

The meetings will be chaired by Gary Burgess.
